I have read that short term leases are starting to become 'the thing' in commercial real estate. More money and almost no build out. the New Jersey tourist board just took over a failed gallery in my neighborhood for a month trying to entice New Yorkers to come to Jersey to eat and play.
Interesting, Lyle. I haven't got a picture yet, but I've seen several 'for lease' or 'for rent' signs on individual houses, which is unheard of around here. Sure to be a story behind a single family dwelling on a country highway being put out for rent...
